Crystal (She/Her) is an editorial specialist who is passionate about connecting with and encouraging teams. She was Lead Editor of a curriculum company with an educational background. As an educator and editor, her top priority was to inform others on their value and the significance of an inclusive and equitable curriculum. This led her to pursue her graduate studies with an Indigenous learning community, working towards an MA in Intercultural Studies.

 

She has over ten years of experience as a community engagement specialist, valuing youth and families. She is the founder of Spirit Well, a local organization that connects community members with wellness events and resources. Crystal is experienced in team growth and development, skills that are essential to organizational advancement.
